There are several reasons why Eula did not block you,tne first reason is  her sympathy for you and the  love that still remains in her heart.The  second reason is the hope of reconciliation with you.

She is not ready to contact you directly. She is just observing what you post on your wall. Be patient. The time will come when she will unblock you.

This is because there are some feelings left inside that limit you from rigidity.

She doesn't perceive you as a source of irritation. She is offended and disappointed, but at the same time she is not ready to completely break the connection with you.

Eula's energetic refusal to block you may mean that she does not perceive your field as hostile. Intuitive people are sensitive to energetic signals, and she may have sensed your positive energy. This is a subconscious permission for further interaction.
